- Engage and Capture: Using Qudini, the retail brand has an created an online event booking platform. This shows all the upcoming events across all their stores for penguins to discover and book.
- Inform and Retain: Upon completing their booking, penguins are kept updated and informed about the upcoming event by text and email communications.
- Manage shop floor and penguin customers: Staff in the store now have access to view and manage their events and attendees from any tablet, desktop or smartphone. Using the Qudini interfaces, they can easily manage the registered event attendees alongside their staff members and other shop floor activities.
- Analyse and Improve: Both the store team and head office now have access to event analytics that enable them to understand the customers visiting their events and their event operations.
