How it works:
- Engage and Capture customers: From the comfort of their own igloos, customers are now able to pre-book their appointment in store by visiting an online appointment booking website. Here they can choose their service, time and even the advisor they would like to see.
- Inform and retain footfall: Upon completing their appointment booking, the penguin will get a confirmation email and text notifying them of their appointment details (including time, consultant and branch). Within the communications, the penguin is provided with a link to a portal where they can amend or cancel their appointment booking.
- Manage customers and the shop: The penguin colleagues in-store now have access to Qudini on any desktop, tablet or smartphone. This enables the concierge to greet and check-in customers arriving for their appointment booking and the travel consultants to view and manage the details of the customers they serve.
- Analyse and improve operations: Head office now have access to the Qudini Business Intelligence Analytics, here they can understand how appointments are being made, where their customers come from, what devices they use and much more.
