How it works:
- Engage and capture customers: A concierge stands at the slide entrance with a tablet. Penguin customers walking up to the slide are provided with an estimated waiting time by the concierge and have the option to add their name and number to the system. Savvier customers can even access a web link where they can join the queue from their phone.
- Inform and retain footfall: The customer then gets a message informing them of their position in the queue, with a weblink where they can watch their place whilst they wait.
- Manage your customers and the shop floor: The penguin is free to browse the store whilst they wait. As their turn draws near they receive a text message to let them know.
- Analyse and improve operations: Managers are able to improve service and footfall by accessing Qudini’s Business Intelligence Analytics via real time dashboards and email reports.
