We are delighted to be exhibiting our virtual queuing system at this year’s Paris Retail Week on the 19th, 20th & 21st of September on stand N056 with Star Micronics. As one of the most prominent events in the retail calendar, the show will take place in Place de la Porte de Versailles in the French capital.
One of the focuses for this year’s show is to look at the existing challenges which retailers face in today’s economic environment and overcome these through optimising legacy processes and technologies used in-store.
With over 15,000 senior delegates and buyers from across the industry spectrum expected to arrive over the course of the three-day event, the show already looks to be action packed full of exciting plenary sessions, conferences and showcases. These are lined up to provide insights to retailers about looking to increase conversions and optimise efficiencies within in-store environments.
What will we be up to at the event?
This year, we will be collaborating with Star Micronics and look forward to reinforcing our message to retailers about futureproofing in-store environments through the careful alignment of technology, processes and staff skillsets.
At this year’s show, we will be showcasing our cloud based customer experience management platform on the stand, enabling retailers to experience our array of appointment and event booking, virtual queue, click and collect and request assistance services.
