Qudini has been shortlisted as a finalist for announced two categories in Retail Systems Awards 2016
Qudini’s queuing system and appointment booking system has been shortlisted as a finalist for two categories in Retail Systems Awards 2016 across two categories:
- Mobile Technology Vendor of the Year
- Customer Experience Initiative of the Year
Qudini was selected in the categories for the success in introducing clear improvements in customer management process for a leading UK mobile provider, O2. Becoming a trusted vendor across the estate, Qudini was soon rolled out to initially 100 stores and later to 400+ stores across the UK.
About the Retail Systems Awards
Now into their 11th year, the Retail Systems Awards recognise technology excellence and innovation within the retail sector. Winning entries come from retailers and technology suppliers who are leading the way in areas such as mobile, online, payments, in-store technology, loyalty and personalisation.
This year’s winners will be announced at the Retail Systems Awards Gala Dinner & Ceremony on 3 November 2016 at the Millennium Hotel in Mayfair, London. The event was attended by over four hundred guest in 2015 and this year is set to be bigger than ever.
