London, United Kingdom – 26th November 2018: Qudini has today announced that it has been awarded the SaaS Innovation of the Year accolade at the recent Storage, Virtualisation and Cloud Awards, which took place in the prestigious four star Millennium Gloucester Hotel on the 22nd November.
The highly sought-after accolade was awarded to Qudini for its extensive work with NatWest in helping the bank to reduce walkouts, increase appointments and strengthen the customer experience across its in-branch, community banking and telephony services. The UK based appointment scheduling software company is due to roll out across the NatWest branches in the coming months.
