To drive more appointment traffic to your business from your Google search engine profile you can easily place a URL to your appointment booking landing page within your profile.
Google are also continually expanding their “Reserve with Google Functionality” availability to new sectors beyond their initial focus on restaurants and salons. We’re working with them to ensure our retail clients can soon leverage this functionality.
Doing so will enable our clients to place a “Book Appointment” button on their company and individual store profiles that appear in google search results. The Qudini Appointment availability will then be rendered in a google interface from within the search engine.
The Qudini platform offers a wide range of SMS capabilities that enable you to communicate with walk-in, appointment and event customers by text message before and after their service. Our system also enables store associates to receive SMS messages to alert them of exceeded KPI thresholds.
Qudini uses a selected third-party SMS aggregate service to offer these services at the lowest possible price.
However, if your business already has a relationship with a third party SMS supplier, we can build custom integrations with alternative suppliers.
Whether using the Qudini SMS services or your own, we will always ensure that back-up SMS providers are in place. This means that if the primary SMS provider has an outage Qudini can still send SMS messages via the backup provider.
Our extensive API portal enables you to access our external facing APIs to integrate Qudini into your ecosystem. We are continually adding to this portal as we extend our feature set.
Qudini is in the process of integrating with a variety of payment gateways to enable you to accept payments for appointments and events including Paypal, Worldpay, Stripe, Braintree, Adyen and many more.

It’s also possible to send messages by platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, iMessage, Line app, Viber and Telegram.
However, 3rd party aggregator services are required to offer some of this functionality, which incurs a 3rd party cost similar to SMS costs.
Contact Center Software: Integrate Qudini with your contact center solutions to more easily connect with and recognize the customers calling your contact center. Qudini can easily integrate with solutions such as Genesys.
